Membership and Library Card

All MUIC faculty, staff and students are automatically eligible for complete membership at MUIC library. Their ID cards are issued with the library barcodes and can be used to check-out various resources at MUIC library or at other faculty libraries in Mahidol University.


Membership Validity

Student library membership expires at the end of each trimester but will be automatically renewed if student register for the next trimester.


Full-Time : Membership is valid for one academic year or according to contract period.

Part-Time : Membership must  be renewed everytrimester during the specified time.


The Staff library membership is valid for only one year and will be automatically renewed according to the contract period. Part time staff cannot apply for the library membership but can use MUIC library resources.
